Loading Shovel Driver

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Loading Shovel Driver to join our client’s team in Colchester. As a Loading Shovel Driver, you will be responsible for operating and maneuvering heavy machinery to load and transport materials on-site.

Location: Colchester
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:30
Salary: £14.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
– Safely operate the loading shovel to load, move, and distribute various materials.
– Follow site safety protocols and maintain a high standard of safety at all times.
– Conduct routine maintenance checks on the machinery to ensure proper functioning.
– Collaborate with the team to efficiently complete tasks and meet project deadlines.
– Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
– Valid certification and previous experience as a Loading Shovel Driver.
– Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Good communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
– Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
